These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites, services, workshops, trainings, and any related platforms (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services, in-person classes, trainings, or programs. By using this website, you agree not to:

• misuse or disrupt the website

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to servers or systems

• interfere with the operation or security of the Service

All content on this website including text, logos, images, videos, branding, and training materials is the property of Martina Giavonché, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

3. Bookings, Appointments & Registrations

When booking services or registering for workshops, in-person and virtual trainings, or programs, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, email address, and payment details.

We reserve the right to:

• cancel or reschedule appointments or events if necessary

• modify training schedules or delivery formats

• refuse service in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions at the designated times.

4. Payments

Payments for services, in-person trainings, workshops, or digital products (including virtual trainings) must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the full amount due.

Credit Card & Payment Authorization

By purchasing any product, service, workshop, training, or educational program from Martina Giavonché, LLC, you authorize Martina Giavonché, LLC and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the full purchase price, including any applicable taxes and fees.

If you enroll using a payment plan, you authorize Martina Giavonché, LLC to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled installment until your balance has been paid in full.

You agree to maintain a valid payment method throughout the duration of your payment plan and promptly update your billing information if it changes.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the purchased program until the outstanding balance has been satisfied. Suspension or termination of access does not release you from your obligation to pay any remaining balance owed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Because immediate access to proprietary digital educational materials is provided upon enrollment, you agree to contact Martina Giavonché, LLC first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution.

Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to digital products, courses, workshops, or Academy materials may result in immediate suspension of access while the matter is investigated.

Martina Giavonché, LLC reserves the right to provide documentation of your purchase, enrollment, login activity, communications, and acceptance of these Terms to the applicable payment processor or financial institution in response to any payment dispute.

5a. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the live virtual, digital, and educational nature of our services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

No refunds will be issued for:

• missed live or in-person sessions

• failure to attend scheduled trainings or classes

• personal schedule conflicts

• change of circumstances after purchase

Participants are responsible for reviewing all program details prior to purchasing.

5b. Group and In-Person Classes:

Rescheduling: Please reschedule no later than 72 hours before your booking date.

Refund Policy: No cancellations 72 hours after purchase. Purchase is non-refundable 72 hours after purchase. Deposits and initial payments are non-refundable.

6. Workshops, Digital Courses, Trainings & Educational Programs

If you participate in any classes, workshops, challenges, courses, or digital programs, you agree that:

• training materials are provided for personal educational use only

• access to the program is non-transferable

• you may not share login access with others

Participants may not:

• record training sessions

• copy or redistribute course materials

• sell or teach the training materials as their own program

Results from educational programs may vary depending on individual skill level, effort, and business decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand materials—including but not limited to:

• Martina Giavonché branding

• wigmaking training materials

• videos, tutorials, guides, worksheets, and forms

are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Martina Giavonché, LLC shall not be held responsible for:

• individual business outcomes resulting from training programs

• decisions made after applying educational material

• technical interruptions, platform outages, or website downtime

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or program.

9. Training Replication & Teaching Restriction

The educational content, frameworks, systems, and training methodologies taught within any Martina Giavonché workshops, courses, or programs are proprietary to Martina Giavonché, LLC.

Participants may apply the skills learned within their own professional services. However, participants may not replicate, reproduce, or teach the training content as their own educational program, including but not limited to:

• copying course curriculum or workshop structures

• creating competing courses based substantially on the training material

• reselling or licensing the training frameworks

• teaching the training content under a different name

• upload, reproduce, or use Academy content to train artificial intelligence systems, create derivative educational materials, or otherwise distribute the Academy’s proprietary curriculum 

without prior written permission from Martina Giavonché, LLC.

Violation of this policy may result in:

• immediate removal from the program

• revocation of access to materials

• potential legal action where applicable.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Terms of Enrollment – Bespoke Lace Wig Mastery Academy™

By enrolling in the Martina Giavonché Bespoke Lace Wig Mastery Academy™ (“Academy”), you agree to the following Terms of Enrollment.

Program Description

The Bespoke Lace Wig Mastery Academy™ is a virtual educational apprenticeship designed to teach aspiring wigmakers, beauty professionals, wig enthusiasts, and creatives the traditional art of bespoke lace wigmaking through structured curriculum, live virtual instruction, guided demonstrations, workshops, and community support.

Your enrollment may include:

• Access to the Academy training library
• Live virtual workshops and production intensives
• Live Mentor Coaching & Q&A sessions (during the applicable enrollment period)
• Access to the Private Academy Community
• Workshop replays and educational resources
• Future curriculum additions released during your active enrollment period, when applicable

Program features, curriculum, workshops, guest instructors, and educational resources may evolve over time as the Academy continues to grow and improve.

Enrollment Period

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, enrollment includes:

• Twelve (12) months of Academy access
• Twelve (12) months of live mentor support and scheduled live experiences
• Access to the Private Academy Community during the active enrollment period

If a complimentary second year of access is included as a promotional Founding Cohort enrollment gift, that extended access applies only to the benefits specifically described at the time of purchase and does not include additional live coaching unless expressly stated. The complimentary second year includes continued access to eligible Academy curriculum, workshop replays, discussion-based community support, and other benefits specifically described at the time of purchase. Live Mentor Coaching & Q&A sessions are included only during the initial twelve (12) month enrollment period unless otherwise stated.

Curriculum & Release Schedule

The Academy follows a guided apprenticeship model.

Certain lessons, workshops, or curriculum may be released over time according to the published Academy schedule.

Martina Giavonché, LLC reserves the right to modify release dates, curriculum sequencing, workshop schedules, instructors, or delivery methods when necessary to improve the student experience or accommodate operational needs.

Student Participation

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Academy.

Martina Giavonché, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Academy access, without refund, if a participant:

• shares login credentials or Academy materials;
• records, copies, reproduces, or distributes proprietary content without written permission;
• disrupts workshops, community discussions, or other participants;
• violates these Terms & Conditions.
• engages in abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct toward Martina Giavonché, LLC or other participants.

Suspension of access does not release you from your obligation to pay the remaining balance owed under your payment agreement.

Educational Purpose

The Academy is intended solely for educational purposes.

Enrollment does not constitute certification, professional licensing, employment, business partnership, or guaranteed business success.

Students remain solely responsible for how they apply the techniques, knowledge, and educational content provided.

Intellectual Property

All Academy curriculum, videos, demonstrations, worksheets, production systems, frameworks, presentations, workshop materials, community resources, trademarks, branding, and educational content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Martina Giavonché, LLC.

Enrollment grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal educational purposes only.

Students may not:

• reproduce Academy content;
• upload lessons elsewhere;
• teach, license, or resell Academy materials;
• create competing educational programs that substantially copy the Academy’s curriculum, demonstrations, systems, or proprietary methodologies without prior written permission.

Payment Obligations

If you enroll using a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full tuition amount regardless of your level of participation or continued access to the Academy.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension of Academy access until the outstanding balance has been resolved.

No Refund Policy

Because students receive immediate access to proprietary digital educational materials, community resources, and Academy content, all sales are final.

No refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations will be granted unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No Guarantees

Enrollment in the Academy does not guarantee any particular level of skill, certification, business growth, client acquisition, pricing level, or financial outcome.

Success depends upon each student’s individual effort, practice, experience, and application of the educational material.

Martina Giavonché, LLC reserves the right to substitute live sessions with pre-recorded training, reschedule workshops, or modify the delivery format when reasonably necessary due to instructor availability, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Live Sessions, Replays & Schedule Changes

Martina Giavonché, LLC may record live workshops, demonstrations, coaching sessions, and community events for student replay access. However, recordings are not guaranteed.

Martina Giavonché, LLC reserves the right to reschedule workshops, substitute live instruction with pre-recorded educational content, or modify the delivery format when reasonably necessary due to instructor availability, technical issues, scheduling conflicts, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While reasonable efforts will be made to record live sessions, Martina Giavonché, LLC is not responsible for the failure of any workshop, lecture, coaching call, demonstration, or other live event to record or be made available due to technical difficulties, equipment failure, software malfunctions, internet outages, platform errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The inability to provide a replay under these circumstances shall not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, or extension of access.

Media Release

From time to time, Martina Giavonché, LLC may record live workshops, demonstrations, coaching sessions, or community events for educational purposes. By participating in live sessions, you acknowledge that recordings may occur.

Martina Giavonché, LLC will not publicly identify participants without permission unless the participant has voluntarily provided a testimonial or otherwise consented to such use.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the Bespoke Lace Wig Mastery Academy™ shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If you ultimately want mandatory arbitration instead of court litigation, have an attorney draft that section rather than copying someone else’s.
